4-6 year olds: (once a week) FULL
Either Monday OR Thursday 4:30 – 5:15 pm
Kids 7-12 year olds: (twice a week)
Monday AND Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Kids Advanced: (twice a week by invitation)
Monday AND Thursday 5:30 – 7:00 pm
13+ (Adults) (twice a week)
Monday AND Thursday 7:00 – 8:30 pm
WHAT TO BRING
An open mind and curious attitude.
Gi (uniforms) can be purchased however are not necessary. Loose fitting active clothing will suffice. Water bottles are recommended, please make sure they are closed tops.
Training is barefooted for safety reasons socks are not permitted. Please tape open wounds.
NO JEWELLERY OR HAIR ACCESSORIES except for elastics allowed. Long hair should be pulled back into a pony tail with elastics for safety. Please keep nails short so they keep our partners and ourselves safe.
